Shipping Information
Every order from Toki Toy Box ships with tracking. Here's exactly what to expect from the moment you check out.
Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3 business days before dispatch. During this window we collect your items, run a quality check, pack them, and print your shipping labels.
Processing time may extend slightly during peak seasons (Black Friday through January) or for high-demand items.
Estimated Delivery Times
Delivery times below begin after dispatch, not after order placement. Add 3 business days of processing on top.

Tracking
Every order includes a tracking number sent to you by email once your package is dispatched. You can use it on our order tracking page or paste it into parcelsapp.com for global tracking.
Tracking can take a few business days to register movement after dispatch. If your tracking number shows no information for the first 24–48 hours after you receive it, that's normal — it doesn't mean anything is wrong.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders. There are no calculated shipping fees at checkout.
Customs & Duties
For international orders (outside the United States), local customs duties, import taxes, or VAT may apply on delivery. These charges are set by your country's customs authority and are the responsibility of the recipient. Toki Toy Box has no control over these charges and cannot estimate them in advance.
Multiple Packages
Because we carry a large assortment of products fulfilled from multiple locations, orders with multiple items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. Each package has its own tracking number sent by email. If one item arrives before another, the rest is still on the way.
Address Changes
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, email support@tokitoybox.com with the subject "CHANGE ADDRESS #yourordernumber" as soon as possible. We can update the address only if the order has not entered processing. Once dispatched, the address cannot be changed.
If incomplete or incorrect address information results in failed delivery, return to sender, or non-delivery, refunds are not available. Please double-check your address at checkout.
Delivery Failures
Refunds are not applicable in these specific cases:
- Delivery failed due to incomplete or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.
- The buyer could not be contacted by the carrier.
- The buyer was not present at the time of delivery and did not arrange a redelivery.
- The buyer refused to sign for the package.
- The buyer did not collect the package from a pickup location within the carrier's holding window.
In any of these cases we recommend contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number to arrange redelivery or pickup.
Order Issues
If your package is marked delivered but you didn't receive it, has been in transit longer than the maximum estimated delivery time, or arrives damaged, email support@tokitoybox.com within 30 days of the original order date. Include your order number and any photos if relevant, and we'll resolve it.
