Important Details: All delivery estimates begin after your order ships, not when you place it. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or customs clearance. International orders may include import duties and taxes — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched.
We are able to make changes to your order with no penalty, but you must request this within 12 hours after creating it for the changes to be applied. All you need to do is contact us via the chat box in the lower right corner of our website or send us an email at support@tokitoybox.com. If 12 hours have passed since your purchase, we will try our best to make the updates, but we cannot guarantee that they will be applied, as the package will most likely have departed. In such a case, we (tokitoybox.com) won't be responsible for the supposed wrong order / wrong address / or anything along these lines.
Things to Keep in Mind: Order Numbers don't instantly update with delivery status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently invalid / unavailable / no update yet / no shipping information available / unknown; do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should update within a few business days.
1. Visit the website: https://www.tokitoybox.com/pages/track-your-order or https://parcelsapp.com/ 2. Enter Your Tracking Code, provided in the Shipping Confirmation Email; or your order number and the email address used to place the order. 3. Click the "Track" Button.
Unfortunately our operations are only limited to credit/debit card transactions, and other options available on the store.
We are able to cancel your order with no penalty BUT you must cancel your order 1 hour(s) after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is click the chat box on the lower right corner of our store or send us an email / message on support@tokitoybox.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER #_ _". If 6 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide any cancellation.

Very funny and nice, I highly recommend it, good quality.
R
I loved it, although it sometimes falls apart, but it's cute and works well.
As for the shipping, it arrived very well protected.
B
Best buy! So cute
N
Well received and very fast.
E
I love it, it's too funny~ 🤣💛
C
The toy arrived, but the problem was that it partially did not function, was packed in a bag and cracked in one place; all this is visible in the photos. The toy had to be disassembled and slightly repaired. However, it's worth acknowledging that the seller honestly refunded the money after a dispute, so I give five stars for such an attitude towards the buyer; I can recommend such an honest seller.
N
One foot was broken when it arrived as it was packaged a bit loosely. It’s really cute though. The shipping and delivery were very fast.
J
funny gimek
M
It came a little disassembled but it's easy to reassemble, the paint is the only downside but hey, it functions well!
M
Put it on my desk and now three coworkers have ordered their own. It 'panics' every time you set a cup down. Dumb in the best way. Great value.
Z
The panic squish had me laughing out loud. Photos don't do the motion justice. A+.
C
Weeks later it still gets a chuckle when someone new sees it react. Great value for a gag. Great value.
E
Weeks later it still gets a chuckle when someone new sees it react. Great value for a gag. No regrets.
C
One for me, two for gifts. Easy crowd-pleaser for anyone with a sense of humor. Worth it.
V
Small footprint, big personality. Worth every penny for the daily laugh.
K
Genuinely functional as a coaster, but the panic-squish is the real draw. Fun little thing.
M
Bought it for a coworker's birthday. The whole team gathered around to watch it squish. Worth it for the reaction alone.
I
My cubicle is now the fun one. Simple, silly, and surprisingly well made. A+.
L
Ended up using it as a stress toy more than a coaster.
A
Figured it'd be flimsy for the price. It's actually thick, squishy, and springs right back. Feels well made.
E
People keep asking what it is. It's become the mascot of my desk. No regrets.
C
Put it on my desk and now three coworkers have ordered their own. It 'panics' every time you set a cup down. Dumb in the best way.
C
Weeks later it still gets a chuckle when someone new sees it react. Great value for a gag.
C
Doesn't tip, grips the cup, and the reaction never gets old. Solid little desk toy.
H
Does absolutely nothing productive and I love it. Sits by my monitor and makes me laugh during long calls.
K
The panic squish had me laughing out loud. Photos don't do the motion justice.
F
Multi-tasking gag gift. The silicone feels premium and it actually works as a coaster.
E
Looks and behaves just like the listing. No letdown. Sits proudly on my desk now.
W
Grabbed it for the office gift exchange. It won the night. Everyone wanted to steal it. Highly recommend.
