Important Details: All delivery estimates begin after your order ships, not when you place it. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or customs clearance. International orders may include import duties and taxes — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched.
We are able to make changes to your order with no penalty, but you must request this within 12 hours after creating it for the changes to be applied. All you need to do is contact us via the chat box in the lower right corner of our website or send us an email at support@tokitoybox.com. If 12 hours have passed since your purchase, we will try our best to make the updates, but we cannot guarantee that they will be applied, as the package will most likely have departed. In such a case, we (tokitoybox.com) won't be responsible for the supposed wrong order / wrong address / or anything along these lines.
Things to Keep in Mind: Order Numbers don't instantly update with delivery status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently invalid / unavailable / no update yet / no shipping information available / unknown; do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should update within a few business days.
1. Visit the website: https://www.tokitoybox.com/pages/track-your-order or https://parcelsapp.com/ 2. Enter Your Tracking Code, provided in the Shipping Confirmation Email; or your order number and the email address used to place the order. 3. Click the "Track" Button.
Unfortunately our operations are only limited to credit/debit card transactions, and other options available on the store.

All you need to do is click the chat box on the lower right corner of our store or send us an email / message on support@tokitoybox.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER #_ _". If 6 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide any cancellation.

The toy has medium length plush. it is soft and huggable. the only thing i could recommend is to have a paper hang tag to make the toy giftable.
S
I use the 50cm as a neck pillow on the couch. Works surprisingly well.
K
Went with the 40cm and it's more of a desk size than a cuddle size, just like the listing says. Should've gotten the 50. Still hilarious.
B
The big cartoon eyes make it look grumpy but adorable. Softer version of the joke.
M
She has a dachshund and a sarcastic sense of humor. Perfect combination.
H
The light brown is more of a tan than I expected. Doesn't matter, the face is perfect.
C
It was the most stolen gift at our office party. Everyone wanted the angry sausage.
L
Took a while to arrive, but it was worth the wait. The expression is perfect.
R
It got a coffee splash, so I hand washed it in cold water and let it air dry. Came out looking the same.
E
Neat stitching, the embroidered face is clean, and the seams feel strong.
K
Lives on the window seat in my reading corner. Looks unimpressed by all my book choices.
L
Long and soft, great to hug at night. The grumpy face is a bonus.
G
It looks angry but it's one of the softest plushies I own.
E
The tail had a small loose thread when it arrived. Trimmed it and it's been fine since.
J
Got the beady-eyed one and it stares at me like I've disappointed it personally. I laugh every time I walk past it.
J
Keeps me company on long work days. Looks exactly how I feel on Mondays.
J
She loves sausage dogs and has a dark sense of humor. This was perfect.
A
Gave it to my husband as a joke. He now sleeps with it. I'm not sure how I feel about that.
B
Colors, size, and expression all matched the listing. No surprises.
E
Solid, soft, and well stitched. Better than I expected for a novelty plush.
S
My 16-year-old saw it on TikTok and begged for it. It's on her bed and in all her selfies now.
L
The 50cm really does drape over your shoulder. I wear it around the house like a grumpy scarf.
N
I like my plushies on the firm side and this one is quite squishy. The face makes up for it.
O
Put it on the couch and every guest has picked it up. It's a guaranteed conversation starter.
A
The dark brown is rich and looks great. The face shows up really well against it.
C
It's just a plush dog, but the scowl gives it so much character.
K
We have a dark brown doxie and the dark brown plush is a near match. My dog is suspicious of it.
K
Gave it to my roommate for her birthday. She hasn't stopped laughing.
K
Opened the box, saw the face, and laughed out loud. Exactly the energy I needed.
A
My friend has two dachshunds and this was the best birthday gift I've ever given her. She said it looks exactly like her older one when he's annoyed.
S
The face does all the work. Just look at it.
B
She's 11 and named it 'Grumpy Frank.' It goes everywhere with her.
S
The fabric is really soft and it's stuffed just right, squishy but not floppy.
D
Bought a 40cm for my brother's stocking. He's a grumpy guy and it's basically his portrait.
