Important Details: All delivery estimates begin after your order ships, not when you place it. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or customs clearance. International orders may include import duties and taxes — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched.
We are able to make changes to your order with no penalty, but you must request this within 12 hours after creating it for the changes to be applied. All you need to do is contact us via the chat box in the lower right corner of our website or send us an email at support@tokitoybox.com. If 12 hours have passed since your purchase, we will try our best to make the updates, but we cannot guarantee that they will be applied, as the package will most likely have departed. In such a case, we (tokitoybox.com) won't be responsible for the supposed wrong order / wrong address / or anything along these lines.
Things to Keep in Mind: Order Numbers don't instantly update with delivery status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently invalid / unavailable / no update yet / no shipping information available / unknown; do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should update within a few business days.
1. Visit the website: https://www.tokitoybox.com/pages/track-your-order or https://parcelsapp.com/ 2. Enter Your Tracking Code, provided in the Shipping Confirmation Email; or your order number and the email address used to place the order. 3. Click the "Track" Button.
Unfortunately our operations are only limited to credit/debit card transactions, and other options available on the store.
We are able to cancel your order with no penalty BUT you must cancel your order 1 hour(s) after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is click the chat box on the lower right corner of our store or send us an email / message on support@tokitoybox.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER #_ _". If 6 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide any cancellation.

J
It's good, it serves the purpose of being fun and helping you de-stress, I recommend it.
A
Very fun and functional; as you keep the keys pressed, they change color. Very good, I recommend it.
P
Super fun to fidget with, i just wish it was specified that this one would have different key switches than the transparent one. I would’ve preferred the more clicky one than this which is more quieter.
R
The item has arrived and works so far. It's a bit of a shame that the lights don't stay on by themselves. Unfortunately, you have to hold down the buttons for the lights to stay on. It would be nicer if you could turn them on and off with a button press. It's a shame I had expected more. But otherwise, it's recommended for the low price.
R
Everything arrived in good condition and without any damage. It took less than 1 month to arrive.
R
The item is good but there is a light that does not turn on.
M
Everything is great.
H

D

K

E
Everything is fine, just one piece is making a strange noise but nothing else.
B
They do not indicate in the best way that it comes without LED. Therefore, we received one without LED.

There were a few minor issues at first, but they were easy to fix, so no big deal.
It’s such a great fidget
—i find myself reaching for it and playing with it all the time!
A
It arrived earlier than expected. The quality is good. 👍🏻
B
Awesome and the sound is satisfying
K
I ordered two products, but neither of them lights up when I press the button. They are working but the batteries cannot be replaced. It's well-made but disappointing.
O
Really cool, helps with attention and concentration, makes satisfying lights and sounds.
