We are able to make changes to your order with no penalty, but you must request this within 12 hours after creating it for the changes to be applied. All you need to do is contact us via the chat box in the lower right corner of our website or send us an email at support@tokitoybox.com. If 12 hours have passed since your purchase, we will try our best to make the updates, but we cannot guarantee that they will be applied, as the package will most likely have departed. Tracking should update within a few business days.

I recommend it, it trains good reflexes. At first, it's hard, but after a few tries, it gets better. Only the stick tips are not glued at all and fall off from time to time, so it's worth gluing them, but I recommend it.
