Important Details: All delivery estimates begin after your order ships, not when you place it. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or customs clearance. International orders may include import duties and taxes — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched.
We are able to make changes to your order with no penalty, but you must request this within 12 hours after creating it for the changes to be applied. All you need to do is contact us via the chat box in the lower right corner of our website or send us an email at support@tokitoybox.com. If 12 hours have passed since your purchase, we will try our best to make the updates, but we cannot guarantee that they will be applied, as the package will most likely have departed. In such a case, we (tokitoybox.com) won't be responsible for the supposed wrong order / wrong address / or anything along these lines.
Things to Keep in Mind: Order Numbers don't instantly update with delivery status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently invalid / unavailable / no update yet / no shipping information available / unknown; do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should update within a few business days.
1. Visit the website: https://www.tokitoybox.com/pages/track-your-order or https://parcelsapp.com/ 2. Enter Your Tracking Code, provided in the Shipping Confirmation Email; or your order number and the email address used to place the order. 3. Click the "Track" Button.
Unfortunately our operations are only limited to credit/debit card transactions, and other options available on the store.
We are able to cancel your order with no penalty BUT you must cancel your order 1 hour(s) after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is click the chat box on the lower right corner of our store or send us an email / message on support@tokitoybox.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER #_ _". If 6 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide any cancellation.

Item delivered and received in excellent condition. however the image advertised shows three balls, only two balls were included in the package received.
H
It seems very interesting and loud, because plastic rackets make a loud noise when hitting the ball.
M
I am satisfied. Have a good time.
R
The included paddles are kid-sized and light. We use our own paddles too and it works fine. Highly recommend.
D
The ball comes right back to you, which is the whole magic. My 5-year-old can actually practice instead of spending half the time picking balls up. Love it.
R
Kid wanted to make the school team and drills against this every evening. Consistent returns make it real practice.

Hung it in the doorway and my kid has been rallying against it every afternoon. No more ping pong balls rolling under the couch.
C
Did not expect to break a sweat but twenty minutes of this gets your arm going. My preschooler and I compete for longest rally now.
M
We have zero room for a table and this scratches the ping pong itch. Quiet enough that the downstairs neighbors have not complained. Love it.

I play in a rec league and use this for quick reps between sessions. Not a substitute for a table but genuinely useful for timing. Would order again.
K
Bought for my grandsons and now my husband plays it more than they do.
P
Raising and lowering the ball takes seconds, so it grew with son over the summer. Smart simple design. Love it.
G
Clipped it to the door frame, adjusted the string, done. My niece was playing before I finished reading the instructions.

Packed it for a week at grandma's and it kept the cousins entertained the whole visit. Fits in a backpack.

Docking a star because the mount slipped the first day, but repositioning it on cleaner surface fixed it. My kid loves it.
