Important Details: All delivery estimates begin after your order ships, not when you place it. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or customs clearance. International orders may include import duties and taxes β these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched.
We are able to make changes to your order with no penalty, but you must request this within 12 hours after creating it for the changes to be applied. All you need to do is contact us via the chat box in the lower right corner of our website or send us an email at support@tokitoybox.com. If 12 hours have passed since your purchase, we will try our best to make the updates, but we cannot guarantee that they will be applied, as the package will most likely have departed. In such a case, we (tokitoybox.com) won't be responsible for the supposed wrong order / wrong address / or anything along these lines.
Things to Keep in Mind: Order Numbers don't instantly update with delivery status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently invalid / unavailable / no update yet / no shipping information available / unknown; do not be alarmed β Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should update within a few business days.
1. Visit the website: https://www.tokitoybox.com/pages/track-your-order or https://parcelsapp.com/ 2. Enter Your Tracking Code, provided in the Shipping Confirmation Email; or your order number and the email address used to place the order. 3. Click the "Track" Button.
Unfortunately our operations are only limited to credit/debit card transactions, and other options available on the store.
We are able to cancel your order with no penalty BUT you must cancel your order 1 hour(s) after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is click the chat box on the lower right corner of our store or send us an email / message on support@tokitoybox.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER #_ _". If 6 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide any cancellation.
