Important Details: All delivery estimates begin after your order ships, not when you place it. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or customs clearance. International orders may include import duties and taxes — these are the responsibility of the recipient.

We are able to make changes to your order with no penalty, but you must request this within 12 hours after creating it for the changes to be applied. All you need to do is contact us via the chat box in the lower right corner of our website or send us an email at support@tokitoybox.com. If 12 hours have passed since your purchase, we will try our best to make the updates, but we cannot guarantee that they will be applied, as the package will most likely have departed. In such a case, we (tokitoybox.com) won't be responsible for the supposed wrong order / wrong address / or anything along these lines.
Things to Keep in Mind: Order Numbers don't instantly update with delivery status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently invalid / unavailable / no update yet / no shipping information available / unknown; do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should update within a few business days.
1. Visit the website: https://www.tokitoybox.com/pages/track-your-order or https://parcelsapp.com/ 2. Enter Your Tracking Code, provided in the Shipping Confirmation Email; or your order number and the email address used to place the order. 3. Click the "Track" Button.

P
Although the delivery was delayed due to the war.
The toy arrived intact without any damage and exactly as described in the listing.
The child was really excited about the game.
Even though it's a mini bus, it's a playful bus that drives the whole house crazy.
There are several melodies to choose from.
Self-operated / Remote-controlled.
Highly recommend both the toy and the supplier.
J
The machine is simply amazing, everything works well, the child is in a state of wonder. Everything is rechargeable, only the remote control uses batteries.

Been driven off the couch more than once and it's totally fine. Solid little build. Worth it.

In a dim room the hand-follow gets a little fussy; in normal light it's spot on. Still a great toy. Recommend.

Feels like a proper smart toy, not a cheap gimmick. The sensors are responsive. Pleasantly surprised.

No hunting for batteries — just plug it in and it's ready. One charge lasts a good while. A+.

The remote mode is quick and took my little man a few runs to master. The other modes were instant. Happy overall.
Y
The LED expressions and music give it personality. My nephew treats it like a pet.

The gesture mode is interactive enough that my nephew chooses it over the tablet. Win in my book.

Once you learn to hold your hand right it tracks really well. Hands-free play is the best part. Highly recommend.

Follow mode, obstacle escape, line tracking, and the remote — my niece rotates through all four and never gets bored.

I'll admit I played with the gesture mode myself. It's clever and genuinely entertaining. Would order again.
