Important Details: All delivery estimates begin after your order ships, not when you place it. Delivery windows are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, peak seasons, or customs clearance. International orders may include import duties and taxes — these are the responsibility of the recipient.
Every order includes a tracking number sent to your email once dispatched.
We are able to make changes to your order with no penalty, but you must request this within 12 hours after creating it for the changes to be applied. All you need to do is contact us via the chat box in the lower right corner of our website or send us an email at support@tokitoybox.com. If 12 hours have passed since your purchase, we will try our best to make the updates, but we cannot guarantee that they will be applied, as the package will most likely have departed. In such a case, we (tokitoybox.com) won't be responsible for the supposed wrong order / wrong address / or anything along these lines.
Things to Keep in Mind: Order Numbers don't instantly update with delivery status. If your tracking number entered shows that it is currently invalid / unavailable / no update yet / no shipping information available / unknown; do not be alarmed – Your order has been shipped out and is in transit to the local post office. Tracking should update within a few business days.
1. Visit the website: https://www.tokitoybox.com/pages/track-your-order or https://parcelsapp.com/ 2. Enter Your Tracking Code, provided in the Shipping Confirmation Email; or your order number and the email address used to place the order. 3. Click the "Track" Button.
Unfortunately our operations are only limited to credit/debit card transactions, and other options available on the store.
We are able to cancel your order with no penalty BUT you must cancel your order 1 hour(s) after creating it for the cancellation to be applied. All you need to do is click the chat box on the lower right corner of our store or send us an email / message on support@tokitoybox.com with the subject line "CANCEL ORDER #_ _". If 6 hours have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot provide any cancellation.

E
My girl loved it !!! she was really into the game
F
Everything is fine.
M
So cute. I love it
S
This game seems interesting to me for practicing fine motor skills, it's all made of soft silicone and I like it because then you can clean it since it goes on the floor. I hope my baby likes it.
M
Really cute and fun!
R
We're a few months in with daily use and it looks brand new.
H
Went through a full wash cycle in a jacket pocket.
T
Bought one, then bought three more as party favors. Every parent asked for the link.
C
Coworkers keep borrowing it. Might need backups.
Z
My 5-year-old is always picking at something. This gives those hands a job that isn't the couch.
B
Something to do besides tap a pen. Helps me settle.
M
Added it to my cart on a whim. It's the most used toy in the house now.
I
Doesn't feel flimsy. Smooth action, no rough edges.
R
I bite my nails when stressed. Keeping my hands on this instead has honestly helped the habit.
M
My 8-year-old fiddles with it with one hand while reading. Fewer meltdowns at the table lately.
E
Sticky toddler hands are no match. Warm water rinse and it's spotless.
A
I fully intended this to be my granddaughter's. It sits on my desk now and I'm not sorry.
R
My 4-year-old plucks at it quietly in bed for ten minutes and drifts off. Part of the routine now.
T
Gets tossed around daily and holds up fine.
Y
Ordering a second one because sharing was a fantasy. Take that as the endorsement it is.
H
Finally a toy that keeps my kid still during the service without a peep.
S
No clicking, no popping noise. Teachers won't confiscate this one.
B
Genuinely helps me focus and it's oddly fun. Recommend.
B
Got the version with the little bag and it keeps the board clean in the backpack. Recommend that option.
R
Bought this for visits to grandma's house. It keeps my granddaughter occupied without any noise complaints.
B
Ordered with low expectations for the price. It's sturdier and more satisfying than most fidgets we own.
J
Something about the smooth silicone plus the stretchy strings just hits right.
A
Replaced my clicky pen habit at work. Coworkers thanked me.
T
Car, school, bed. Surprisingly durable.
H
It's not flimsy. Feels solid in the hand, which makes the string tension more satisfying.
R
My toddler chews everything. This has survived teeth, drool, and being thrown down the stairs.
K
My little girl is a big sensory seeker and this checks every box — stretch, snap, smooth, squish.
